A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Complementary Therapist
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Lead Complementary Therapist, you can expect your working day to include the following:
- As a complementary therapist you would use your high level of communication skills to work within the multidiscipline team and service users.
- You will be supporting people with life limiting illness by delivering a high standard of complementary therapies to them.
- Along with the Lead Complementary Therapist and Volunteer Therapist you will be providing therapies to the wider hospice service. This includes our community services.
- Providing a mix of complementary therapies which include Aromatherapy and a wide knowledge of massage skills.

There is an opportunity for a ‘drop in’ to the Hospice to have an informal chat with the current Complementary Therapists on Monday 10 April 2023 between 1pm and 3pm.

Salary: £28,384 - £35,365 (pro-rata)
Holiday: 35 days per annum (including public holidays) (pro-rata)
Hours: 30 hours / week (part-time)
