The Legal Services Department is looking for an adaptable and committed person with excellent communication, administrative and typing skills to supervise and co-ordinate the Legal Services Department’s office functions in addition to managing their own portfolio of personal injury claims, and providing support and assistance to the Legal Services Manager.
You should preferably have experience of working in a legal environment with a relevant proven secretarial experience and have the ability to work with minimal supervision. A Specialist Paralegal Certificate or other similar qualification is desirable.
Knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018 and Access to Health Records Act 1990 is desirable. Experience of working within an NHS environment and knowledge of medical and anatomical terminology would be advantageous.
