An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Levenmouth Area for an experienced Primary Care Nurse to join a friendly, forward thinking team. You will be flexible and have the ability to use initiative as well as being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You will be responsible and accountable for the assessment and delivery of quality nursing care in a primary care setting with an emphasis on the provision of chronic disease management. Excellent clinical skills, communication, IT and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to be part of a multidisciplinary team.
