We are seeking an individual to lead and manage the teams, providing administration and clerical support within the Dundee Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service (DDARS).  This is an exciting time for the service, which is developing across Dundee in multiple locations.

You will be responsible for the day to day secretarial and administrative support to all the teams including medical staff, senior managers, nursing and all members of the multi-disciplinary teams

A high standard of IT literacy, database and audit knowledge, and excellent interpersonal/communication skills are essential. The ability to work without direct supervision and prioritise own work load and the work load of staff.

Having an innovative and forward thinking approach will be an advantage at a time of transformational change within the services.

Hours of work are: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
