We have exciting opportunities for Band 4 Ward Based Assistant Practitioners to come and join our 3C team.

Elective orthopaedics is situated within the 3rd floor in Raigmore Hospital and caters for patients having various operations/procedures carried out such as hand surgery, foot and ankle surgery, back surgery, hip and knee replacements.  This includes day case procedures and inpatient stays. 

 

The team is made up of a wide variety of healthcare professionals who all work well together to ensure we deliver the best possible care to the people of the Highlands and beyond.  The department is proud of the close working relationships between all members of the team which in turn enables  us to deliver individualised and holistic care to both our patients and staff.  We are an innovative team who are continually developing and progressing our service.

We work hard to ensure that staff are suppported and mentored with a focus on carer development and progression. 

Candidates should be hardworking and reliable. We welcome applicants from individuals that are already working at Band 4 level or those that are willing to commit to completing the relevant training. 

Hours/shift patterns are negotiable.
