An exciting development opportunity exists within Speech and Language Therapy Department to secure a permanent role as an Area Wide Paediatric Eating and Drinking Advisor.
The successful candidates will
- demonstrate a high level of skills in the management of Infants, Children and Young People with Eating and Drinking difficulties
- take on an advisory role for Infants, Children and Young People with Eating and Drinking difficulties
- provide second opinion in this clinical area when appropriate
- contribute to the Forth Valley, multidisciplinary pathway for the diagnosis and management of Infants, Children and Young People with Eating and Drinking difficulties
- Contribute to our core work of delivering Universal, Targeted and Individualised supports within the service.
- Have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships and facilitate behaviour change.
You will receive a high level of professional support, leadership and clinical supervision. You will also have access to high quality professional development opportunities.
This post may require travel across Forth Valley. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
