An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time healthcare assistant to join our team to work within the above area. SSM is a dynamic, fast paced environment that receives patients from the Acute Medical Unit and Ambulatory Assessment Area. These patients present with a variety of medical conditions and are expected to be discharged form hospital within a 72-hour period.
This is a chance to develop and enhance your skills and knowledge in an acute environment. You should be an individual who is committed to delivering high standards of patient care whilst working as part of a large multi-disciplinary team. Previous hospital experience is desirable but not essential.
You will be required to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment
