An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the East Region National Recruitment Service as a Regional Recruitment Services Team Lead who will be responsible for the coordination and allocation of NHS NES recruitment activity, in the first instance. Please note that although there is access to an office base for this role, there is homeworking involved as well.
The Regional Recruitment Services Team Lead is accountable for the day to day running and delivery of the regional recruitment service activities.
Under the leadership of the Regional Recruitment Services Manager, this post will
- supervise and co-ordinate the standard recruitment process and associated activities;
- ensure the service provided is meeting agreed quality standards through a customer focused approach; and
- ensure that all recruitment requests are handled effectively and efficiently by the Regional Recruitment Services Team.
Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.
