An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Midwifery Health Care Support Worker to work in the Inner Moray Firth area based in Invergordon County Community Hospital  and the surrounding areas.  This post is to support midwives within their role. The successful candidate will be required to undertake mainly administrative duties, such as telephone contacts with patients, arranging appointments, updating databases, data collection, managing stock levels, stock ordering, and inputting into SSTS-staff pay system. This role may also include assisting midwives at midwifery clinics including phlebotomy, and assisting with care of women and families in the community setting.

This post is fixed Term for 8 months with the possiblity of being extended slightly , part time 26.25 hours per week and requires you to be motivated, flexible, a good team player, and have excellent time management skills. Good IT skills are essential for this post. Previous health care experience would be desirable.
A driving licence is essential for the post.
