You must have the flexibility to work as the situation and service requires is an essential aspect of this post. You will be expected to work a flexible pattern which includes days, nights and weekend shift rotation. Exciting opportunities have arisen within the Emergency Department in The Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley to recruit experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses who are committed to progressing to Band 6. Applicants should have a good knowledge of working in an Emergency department and have significant experience working as a band 5. You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, kind, caring and hard working. You will be able to demonstrate that you are an effective communicator who works well within a team. You must demonstrate your commitment to the delivery of person-centered care while ensuring that quality standards and key performance indicators are met.
