NHS Lanarkshire are recruiting for a Clerical Officer to join the Reception team at Muirhead Clinic.
Shift pattern for this post is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Please note that the post will be based for training purposes in Muirhead Clinic and thereafter at the new Chryston Community Health Clinic. Due to open late summer 2023.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.
The post holder should be educated to Nat5 level or have experience in a similar role. They should have well developed interpersonal skills in customer care combined with excellent communication skills. In addition the ideal candidate should possess good organisational and planning skills together with an understanding of a range of office procedures and processes. Proficient IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft packages & the ability to prioritise workloads and work on own initiative are also essential to this role.
