The shift pattern for this position is Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm for full time, part time hours shift pattern to be confirmed. .
The post forms part of the business support team and provides comprehensive, administrative and secretarial service to the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services (ADRS), Care and Treatment multidisciplinary team in the North West HSCP area.
It is essential that the post holder is a proficient audio typist with excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of disciplines. The post holder will be required to process referrals and enquiries on a daily basis utilising systems eg: Emis; Carefirst; Waiting Time ; Microsoft Word; Excel; and also support the generic functions and duties administered within the wider ADRS Business Support section as required.
The role includes the requirement to complete a multi range of tasks which includes; telephone answering; reception role; processing referrals; updating waiting times system; printing and checking prescriptions working as part of a team.
