NHS Dumfries and Galloway covers a wide geographical area and continues to work in a hybrid work environment, which we support. This means that we need to ensure we are delivering learning opportunities that can be accessed by all, no matter their location and we also need to ensure that our people are not missing out on those connections gained from working on site. Digital learning allows us to meet these needs through social learning, elearning and other digital learning experiences. How would you add to this service?
You will be joining a team of six, based within the workforce directorate of NHS Dumfries and Galloway. You will work closely with the team and your key areas of focus will include undertaking the full end-to-end cycle of designing and creating bespoke digital learning experiences for NHS Dumfries and Galloway, managing and reviewing our Learning Management System and reporting back to the Learning and Development Manager on key deliverables.
