We are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with an interest in working in a physical setting to join our small dynamic team here at Caithness General Hospital. The post covers the acute and rehabilitation wards along with the Emergency Dept. The post holder will manage a caseload using evidence based practice to assess, plan, implement and evaluate intervention. The post requires you to work with patients with a wide variety of conditions and presentations including stroke rehab.
You will have the opportunity for CPD, have regular clinical supervision and you will have the opportunity to be involved in practice placement education. We would encourage informal enquires.
A full UK driving licence is essential and, though a pool car may be available, applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
A Relocation Package is available to the successful candidate.
This is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with service requirements.
