A career development opportunity has arisen for a dynamic professional within the Property and Asset Development Team, NHS Grampian. This post will play a critical role in the development of the NHS Grampian Asset Management Plan, the local Health Plan and other National and NHS strategies as appropriate.

You should be educated to degree level with a high level of analytical skills and the ability to apply practical problem solving in a complex environment. Experience in the use of CAD is essential as you will be responsible for the management of NHS Grampian’s CAD drawings. Also the knowledge and use of GIS Mapping software is desirable.

You should have excellent written and verbal communications skills, the ability to work with a range of stakeholders at all levels which will help you to facilitate discussions and deliver at the scale and pace of change required.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, organisational and analytical skills along with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads is required.  ​​​​​​​

This can be seen as a role for an individual who has the above skills, who also wishes to learn and grow their career within one of Scotland's largest progressive health boards.
