Applications are invited for Clinical Fellow posts in Neonatology at the RAH Neonatal Unit at middle grade or ST3+ level.
Posts are available until 1st August 2023 and they mirror the training opportunities of West of Scotland trainees at ST3 and above (ST3+).
These posts involve second on duties in Neonatology at the RAH site on the middle grade rota supervising junior colleagues at Foundation level with support from experienced ANNP’s and Consultant Neonatologists.
These posts are suitable for individuals who are interested in a career in Paediatrics requiring relevant experience for level 2 training and would also be of interest to individuals interested in sub specialty training in Neonatology at a later date.
A reference from your most recent employer stating your ability to perform the duties required in Neonatology at this level of responsibility will be required.
To practice medicine in the UK you need to hold both GMC registration and a license to practice.
Although Clinical fellow posts provide equivalent experience to run through training they are not recognised for training by the RCPCH.
