An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NHS Shetland Macmillan Nursing Team. The Macmillan Oncology Nurse Specialist is responsible with other team members for the delivery of the Nurse Led Chemotherapy Service in Shetland. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of all aspects of care for patients with Cancer from diagnosis to palliative and end of life care.

The Band 6 post holder may also be required to support other professional colleagues in giving advice for patients with long term conditions who require complex symptom management at end of life.
