Applications are invited for the post of Consultant in Diagnostic Radiology

We are seeking a candidate for diagnostic radiology duties with special interest in Neuro Radiology, Uro Radiology and Radionuclide Radiology, working within multi-disciplinary teams and to provide a quality service

This is a replacement post available with illustrative job plans of 10 programmed activities: 8 Direct Clinical care sessions; one SPA session and a further SPA session of agreed supporting professional activities or direct clinical care according to candidate’s preference

This post is a full-time post, however, anyone wishing to work part-time will be considered

The post is based in Tayside with sessional commitments in Stracathro or Perth Royal Infirmary. Currently the diagnostic radiology on-call frequency for this post is 1 in 15.  A separate on-call rota for Interventional procedures is provided by Tayside Interventional Radiologists based in Ninewells Hospital

Applicants must be on the Specialist Register or be within 6 months of the anticipated award of CCT or CESR(CP) at the time of interview for the post
