ADVANCED RHEUMATOLOGY AND HAND CONDITIONS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Developmental Post - Band 6 £37,831 - £46,100 pro rata
Band 7 £46,244 - £53,789 pro rata on completion of relevant training
Plus Distant Island Allowance £1,279 pro rata
18.75 hours per Week

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about delivering an Occupational Therapy Service for people with Rheumatology and Hand Conditions in the Western Isles.
You will be providing assessment and intervention to people with rheumatology, congenital or acquired hand conditions, predominantly as outpatients, but also in the community and in hospital. As the sole MSK (Musculo skeletal) splinting specialist you will offer post-operative rehabilitation linking with both the local multidisciplinary team and specialists from mainland hospitals who are undertaking complex, specialist hand surgery.
