We are seeking an experienced, dynamic nurse that has a passion for the profession and can demonstrate this throughout their career to date.

The Clinical Nurse Manager role will primarily support the Surgical Acute Assessment Unit, General Surgery, Upper GI, Vascular and Urology wards, and associated Clinical Nurse Specialists.  Each Clinical Nurse Manager also has their own portfolio of Clinical and Patient Safety priorities to lead on.

You will be joining a team with a commitment to developing the services that the people of NHS Highland receive and transforming the experience that the entire surgical team has in the workplace.

This role gives the opportunity, for the right candidate, to consolidate and develop their existing leadership skills by providing strong, effective and visible leadership to their team as well as offering professional guidance and supporting the continuous development of our Senior Charge Nurses and Clinical Nurse Specialists within the Surgical Directorate.
