An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Ayrshire and Arran’s Quality Improvement Team (Acute Services).
We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated senior Improvement Advisor with experience, knowledge and skills of delivering QI methodology and an ability to develop these skills in others.
You should be competent in the application of QI tools within a health/social care setting and will lead and support numerous QI initiatives to ensure delivery of the quality elements of NHSAA’s quality strategy and to support delivery of the SPSP agenda including our recent commitment to the Falls/Deteriorating patient and NHSAA’s local Pressure Ulcer collaborative. Additionally you will take a lead role in supporting and delivering our fundamental QI Education programme and act as a mentor to candidates undertaking both local and national courses.
You will join a competent, and driven team who are enthusiastic about QI. You will be expected to lead and contribute to team development and also promote and drive positive improvement behaviours amongst clinical teams.
Full driving licence is required.
Hours: 37.50 per week
