Who We Are

What you'll do   

Key tasks will include but are not restricted to; 

  • Working with the Workforce / DCE Corporate Business Manager and across the senior team to support with managing schedules and communications. 

  • Manage both individual and shared mailboxes to aid with the prioritisation of incoming workload, delegating where needed.   

  • Arrange meetings and business events which can be at times complex and time sensitive. 

  • Supporting the Workforce / DCE Corporate Business Manager with governance arrangements i.e., coordinating papers, collating inputs to various papers, proofreading etc 

  • Supporting the directorate with the actioning of key governance activity i.e., raising Kenexa business cases, tracking activity, shared mailbox management 

  • Communicating complex, confidential, and sensitive information with a range of staff across the organisation and external stakeholders.  

  • Supporting the Workforce/ Corporate Business Manager with complex logistics to support the smooth running of the directorate.  

  • Proactively managing and actioning a broad range of complex enquiries ensuring follow up action is taken.  

  • Flexibility to provide support as and when needed, stepping in to support colleagues where required.  

  • Proactivity around identification and communication of improvements to processes and systems – communicating these to the Business Manager in a timely manner.
