Personal Assistant


The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership is an integrated partnership between the City of Edinburgh Council and NHS Lothian.  The partnership is responsible for the planning and delivery of all community health and social care services for adults and older people, along with homelessness, mental health and disability services.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Personal Assistant (PA) to join a small Business Management team within the South East Locality, providing expert secretarial and administrative support to the Locality Manager and Core Management team. 

The office base for this role is South Edinburgh Office, 40 Captain’s Road. Hybrid/home working is available.

We are looking for an individual with previous experience of working in a fast-paced PA, secretarial or administrative role for a complex organisation. This role requires the ability to effectively manage competing demands, have excellent organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to take minutes at an advanced level.

Candidates must have a Level 3 HNC or SVQ qualification in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration/other relevant subject, or significant relevant experience. Candidates should also have a high level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
