You will provide a comprehensive, confidential clerical and administrative support service to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
You will be educated to ‘O’ Grade / Standard Grade Credit or National 5 in English and Maths, possess an SVQ Level II qualification in Administration or equivalent experience and have a recognised IT qualification in Microsoft Office packages. You will also have advanced keyboard skills, experience of electronic filing systems management and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint. Experience of working within an NHS environment and understanding of NHS inter-disciplinary networks are desirable. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, have the ability to adhere to strict maintenance of confidentiality and the flexibility to adapt to changes and last minute demands.
A car driver is desirable as you may be required to travel across various sites/bases within Ayrshire & Arran.
Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Please note there is a requirement for administration staff to work across a 7-day working week, Monday to Sunday to support the needs of the service.
This post is Fixed Term or period of Secondment until 6th February 2024.
