This is an exciting opportunity to come and join the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Complaints Department, to deliver a compassionate and high quality service to patients and relatives who have had cause to complain.  We are looking for an individual to provide comprehensive administrative assistance on a permanent basis for our Complaints Team based in Stobhill Hospital.  This is an excellent role, particularly for an individual with good communication and people skills. The post holder will often be the first point of contact for complainants, who may be distressed or upset, so kindness, discretion and tact are key attributes required.  It is essential that the post holder has good all round telephone, secretarial and computer skills, and experience in working in an office environment.   Good organisational and time management skills are also crucial, in order to help deliver an efficient and effective service.  As well as contact with patients and their relatives, the post holder will also have daily communications with Complaints Managers, Senior Managers, Directors and clinical staff across the whole of the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde area.
