The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday, 9-5.

We are looking to recruit a band 6 Service Development Officer with skills in managing service improvement programmes and developing data and performance systems. The Older People and South Planning Team support a wide portfolio of activity across Older People services & Unscheduled Care, working closely within the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership and also across other Partnership and acute services.​​​​​​​

The post-holder will project manage identified work streams. This will include project management, handling complex information, undertaking research, analysis and audit and making recommendations for service change/improvements and service review and redesign. The post-holder will be required to provide high quality reports derived from data collected from additional reports as required. The role will support reporting of key performance indicators and evaluation.
