Are you looking for a change? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 staff nurse with respiratory experience within the Hospital @ Home team based at Woodend Hospital. Any part time applicants wishing to be considered are asked to identify their preferred hours within their application.
H@H has a varied caseload of patients admitted for acute medical care provided in their own homes. This vacancy has arisen as a result of expansion into respiratory medicine. We are working towards becoming a 24/7 service.
The postholder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside and in conjunction with Consultant Geriatricians, GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, nurses, Physiotherapists, Pharmacy staff, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists.
We are looking for motivated team members to provide a high standard of patient care. Preference will be given to applicants who have current hospital or community experience within the acute setting, preferably in respiratory medicine.
Applicants must meet the requirements of the person specification to be considered for these posts. All applicants must be able to drive and have access to a car for work purposes.
