We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Theatre Admin Support to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously while receiving excellent support from our senior charge team.
If you are a self-driven individual with a strong work ethic, good time management skills, and a passion for teamwork, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
List of your responsibilities will include but it’s not limited to: tracing sick leave within the department and maintaining accurate records, booking agency shifts and coordinating schedules, updating the health roster as needed, taking meeting minutes and distributing them to relevant parties, organizing calendars and scheduling appointments, acting as a gatekeeper to Senior CNs/ODPs .
We are looking for candidate with strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, excellent work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines, ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and willingness to take ownership of the role and make it your own.
