The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.
We currently have a fixed term opportunity available for an HR professional to work within the Operational HR Team to support and contribute to the development of workforce issues, at a time when both the HR Department and the Organisation are experiencing significant and exciting transformational changes.
You will be responsible for providing specialist professional and focused HR advice and coaching support to managers and staff at all levels, on a full range of HR issues, including the development and management of change programmes, ensuring the Corporate HR objectives are achieved in line with NHS Forth Valley priorities.
In order to be successful within this role you must have previous Operational HR experience operating at this level and hold excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, organisational and persuasive skills. The ability to manage complex HR situations is essential.
You should be educated to degree level and/or equivalent level of experience in a generalist operational HR role, preferably within the NHS or a similar large organisational setting. You should be CIPD qualified, in possession of, or working towards Chartered CIPD membership level.
