AfC Band 6 plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,591.56 per annum and a High Secure Clinical Responsibility Allowance of £3,819.96 per annum

Post DetailsAn opportunity has arisen for a Charge Nurse within the Skye Centre. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to the nursing and rehabilitation and clinical support staff in the Skye Centre, ensuring the delivery of high quality, person centered care. The individual will work closely with the Senior Charge Nurse and Skye Centre Manager in promoting an integrated approach to care, ensuring safe and effective clinical practice and managing and developing the performance of the team. The individual will be able to evidence an innovative and professional approach that will contribute to the development of the service. 


​​​​​​​Experience – Applicants are required to be RMN or RNLD qualified with valid NMC Registration and demonstrated experience of leading a team.
