An exciting opportunity has arisen in within our Tier 4 CAMHS service due to changes in our current staffing. This will be a permanent post (30 hours). We are seeking candidates with a broad range of paediatric clinical experience and an understanding of the relationship between speech, language and communication difference and mental health. You will work within a multi-disciplinary framework with professionals from a range of disciplines, as well as multi agency working. A key component of the role is to facilitate access to mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment for young people impacted by speech, language or communication difference. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team. Clinical supervision, caseload/workload management and mentoring are integral processes in our team. Your professional development is important to us. Internal and external CPD opportunities will be available to develop your knowledge, skills and experience, including full induction and shadowing opportunities. It is essential that you have a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and have current HCPC registration.
