Hospice Services Co-ordinator ( 1 year fixed term contract)
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOSPICE SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Secretary to CEO and Board, you can expect your working day to include the following:
- As our Hospice Services Co-ordinator you will undertake a wide and varied administrative role, working with Hospice Services staff across our InPatient Unit as well as providing support to teams working in a community setting.
- A self-starter, you will be accomplished at multi-tasking and using your initiative to plan, prioritise and organise your time and work load
- A team orientated attitude is desired as this role forms a key part of a small team providing efficient and effective administrative support to the wider hospice staff community.

To succeed in the role of Hospice Services Co-ordinator you will need the following qualities and skills:
- A people person, who takes pride in producing accurate work, timely and to a high standard.
- Experience in working in a busy office for multiple members of staff, managing a work load with conflicting deadlines.
- Someone who is happy to work using their initiative but has something to offer as part of a wider team working toward common goals.
- Operates in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be in tune to your surroundings and be able to deal with people who themselves, or a member of their family, are in difficult personal circumstance.

Salary: £27,598 - £30,019
Holiday: 35 days per annum (including public holidays)
Hours: 37.5 hours / week (full-time)
