Do you have the motivation and drive to join the team in Renfrewshire’s Health and Social Care Partnership’s Specialist Children’s Services?  We are looking to recruit someone exceptional to help us develop and deliver a specialist neurodevelopmental pathway to children young people and their families.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the operational delivery of a specialist pathway for children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.  We are looking to recruit a forward thinking individual who will lead established multi-disciplinary teams engaging in neurodevelopmental assessment, post diagnostic intervention and providing support and consultancy across the wider children’s services system. The post holder will work across Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Specialist Community Paediatrics Teams.

You will work with the Service Manager to develop systems and processes to enable effective assessment and care for children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.  You will also support effective clinical governance.

You are required to be professionally registered with an appropriate professional body, have management and leadership experience along with significant experience in working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.

Training and support for your professional development will be provided and we are committed to regular supervision and evidence-based practice.
