Oakley Medical Practice

Oakley Health Centre

Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Physician Associate Vacancy

(Approximately 37 hours- negotiable for correct candidate)

Oakley Medical Practice is looking for an enthusiastic ANP or Physician Associate to join the team. Ideally this would be a full time position, although there could be some flexibility for the correct candidate.

Located 4 miles west of Dunfermline, our EMIS practice serves the population of Oakley and the neighbouring West Fife villages (9000 patients). We provide high quality, responsive and compassionate medical care in partnership with a fantastic team of community staff.

We have a mixed team comprising of GPs, ANPs, Physician Associate and Practice Nurses, supported by an experienced Practice Manager and admin team. ANPs have 15 minute consultations and we run a bespoke triage system. Our culture strongly encourages a supportive team ethos of regular down time as a team, with a lively staff room! We are proud of the professional, friendly and fun environment that we have created and provide a warm welcome to senior medical students from Aberdeen and Dundee universities.

If you are interested in finding out more please contact us for an informal chat. We also encourage you to speak to colleagues from the community teams based in the health centre – Oakley is a great place to work!

Applications should be in writing(via post or email) to the Practice Manager telling us why you want to work here with CV,

covering what you feel you will bring to the team.
