The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4 star hotel and conference centre with 168 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces. We are Scotland’s leading residential conference venue and a member of both the Venues of Excellence and the International Association of Conference Centre. We are currently looking for a commis chef to join our award winning kitchen team. Reporting to the Executive chef you will work with our current kitchen team with consistently delivers high levels of culinary experience to our conference delegates and hotel guest.
Working in a busy environment key duties include-
- Ensuring kitchen is kept to high standard of cleanliness
- Ensuring all crockery and cooking equipment is cleaned and stored properly
- Working at high levels of volume
Previous experience of working in a similar hotel / restaurant environment would be advantageous for this role, not essential as full training will be given . Patterns of work vary across 7 days straight shifts.
