Three Harbours Medical Group is recruiting a Practice Manager to join our multi-disciplinary team reshaping Primary Care provision in Caithness. We look after approximately 13,800 patients across our three sites in Caithness: Lybster, Thurso and Wick.
As part of the leadership team the Practice Manager will operationally manage the Practice on a day to day basis. The post requires people management, communication and organisational skills that enable the ability to problem solve and manage change in a fast paced environment. Advanced IT and financial acumen will complement your skill set to ensure systems and processes are efficient and effective.
As a newly formed medical group this is an exciting time to join a supportive team, motivated to provide excellent care to our practice population. Knowledge of Primary Care and NHS systems and processes is advantageous but applications also welcome from managers with transferable skills.
This is a fixed-term post of 37.5 hours per week to be worked between 08:00 & 18:00 to meet service requirements. Fixed term to 30th April 2024.
