- A vacancy has arisen for a Catering Supervisor within the kitchen at Royal Victoria Hospital. You are required to deliver a high standard of Catering Services within the Hospitals to patients, staff and visitors whilst maintaining a clean, safe working environment. This is a permanent contract for 33.75 hours, Monday – Sunday. Applicants must have a working knowledge of HACCP, Health & Safety & COSHH procedures. Previous experience in a Catering environment at a supervisory level is essential, as is a good knowledge of work procedures, practices & equipment through a combination of experience and professional qualifications.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
