NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
There are 2 positions available one full time and one part time. (Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.
Full time shift pattern: Mon-Friday 0830-1630
Part time shift pattern: Wed 1215-1630 and Thurs, Friday 0830-1630
This post is looking for an energetic person to join our staff to perform basic diagnostic investigations including spirometry and issuing of overnight sleep study equipment, manning the CPAP equipment and issues helpline as well as general administrative and cleaning duties within the respiratory department.
Primarily based at GRI/Stobhill but may have to cover other sites within GG&C if service requires. 37.5 hour permanent contract, the post holder must be flexible in their working hours, in addition to office hours (0830-1630) the post holder may be required to do varying shifts to support service needs.
Good people skills and IT skills are essential.
NHS related experience would be preferable.
