The Post:
These roles sit within the Quality Team supporting National Procurement, National Specialist Services and Screening Division and NHSScotland Assure Directorates who provide services to a range of stakeholders including Health Boards, Scottish Government and the wider public sector. Activities include specialist services, commissioning, screening, national contracting, logistics, procurement systems, and professional advice and expertise about property, facilities, construction and equipment, management of risk in new builds and refurbishment projects.
The Candidate:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who has knowledge and proven experience in a Medical Device Manufacturing environment, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders from across various sectors. You should have proven experience in a similar role, be educated to Degree level in Quality or related subject or have equivalent knowledge and experience. You should have a demonstrable understanding of ISO 13485 Medical Devices Quality Management and SaMD.
Location and Working Pattern:
Posts will be based in either of our offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Canderside with Hybrid working.
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.
