We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

This is a full time permanent post and the hours are worked Monday to Friday 8.45 to 5.00pm

An exciting vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in Regional Services.  You should have relevant qualifications or experience in secretarial or business studies or equivalent experience which you should be able to demonstrate.  You should have skills, experience and proficiency in IT systems, Microsoft Office Packages and advanced keyboard skills.  Previous experience in minute taking is essential.  We would welcome your application if you have effective organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.  If would be beneficial if you have previous knowledge and experience in hospital information systems, Data Protection, GDRP, Freedom of information, Patient Confidentiality and audio typing.  We offer on the job training as well as a comprehensive induction, training package and appraisal.
