An opportunity has arisen for Registered Adult nurses to join this dynamic, fast paced department.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 of the UK NMC Register and should hold experience in the speciality of orthopaedics and trauma. However consideration will be given to applicants who have not worked in this speciality, as we are keen to work with you to build our own teams who can share in our passion for this speciality.
NHS Tayside is one of the major trauma centres. We will provide education, practical knowledge and training to ensure you can be the best that you can be and become a member of our team.
The orthopaedic out-patient department and plaster room is a fast paced and dynamic unit, dedicated to delivering high standards of care to both elective and trauma patients. Our nursing teams are focused on person centred care and aim to provide a high quality service in a safe environment where the needs of each patient are cared for in a professional and holistic manner.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
