Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be working as part of our amazing catering team to deliver of a range of food and beverages in line with Food Hygiene legislation and NHS Lanarkshire policies and procedures to meet the nutritional needs of Patients, Staff, and users of NHS Lanarkshire services. The post holder will also work alongside and support new staff in the working environment.
Knowledge, Training and/or Experience Required;
- Knowledge of catering standards and related procedures.
- Required to undertake on the job training and induction
- Working knowledge Health & Safety including participation in risk assessing individual tasks
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Required to obtain the Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.
Please Note - This service operates over a range of hours and days, this positions will be a flexi Day/Back Shift.
