Band 3 Community Health Care Support Worker x 2 positions
26 hours Kelso District Nursing Team
17.5 hours Coldstream District Nursing Team
We are seeking to recruit Health Care Support Workers to work within Cheviot Community Nursing Team. They will work within dynamic and motivated teams delivering a variety of care needs alongside the wider health care team to patients in their own home.
Experience of working in the Community is desirable but not essential. Applicants must be enthusiastic, caring, having excellent communication skills and be adaptable to working in different environments.
The posts will be based in Kelso Health Centre and Coldstream Health Centre in the first instance but the post holders may be required to travel across the locality to meet service needs. A driving licence is essential.
