You will provide a comprehensive, confidential clerical and administrative support service to South Ayrshire Treatment and Recovery Team (START).
You will be educated to ‘O’ Grade/Standard Grade Credit or National 5 in English and Maths, possess an SVQ II in Business Administration or equivalent experience and have a recognised IT qualification in Microsoft Office packages. You will have advanced keyboard skills, experience of electronic filing systems management and have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and Powerpoint.
Experience of working within an NHS environment and understanding of NHS inter-disciplinary networks are desirable. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have the ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and the flexibility to adapt to change at short notice.
A car driver is desirable as you may be required to travel across various sites/bases within NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
Hours – 25 per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday)
