We are seeking a Clerical Assistant to support the Child Health Department Administrative team to cover Maternity Leave.  The post holder will provide comprehensive admin support in relation to screening and immunisation programmes for children across Tayside.  This will include dealing with telephone enquiries, data input into the national system, handling and filing of records, preparing and collating consent forms and travelling to schools across Tayside to support the Immunisation Team.  The scope and range of duties are detailed within the job description.


The successful applicant will have a pleasant and helpful manner with good communication skills, a good eye to detail and work well as part of a team. Previous office experience, accurate keyboard skills and knowledge of IT packages and the ability to travel across Tayside is essential.
