NHS Lothian are looking to recruit several experienced healthcare professionals as either Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) or Physician Associates (PAs) to join the Adult Acute Psychiatry teams within REAS (Royal Edinburgh and Associated Services). All applicants must be educated to post-graduate level as either an ANP or PA and registered with the UK NMC or PA MVR. Prior work as part of a ‘middle grade’ rota is desirable however all applicants will be considered that can demonstrate sufficient post qualifying experience. It may also be possible to consider applicants that have part completed their studies subject to individual training requirements. Shift patterns will vary and may include out of hours, nights, and weekends.
This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
