We are looking for an energetic, driven and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to lead Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Services within East Lothian. This role will have oversight of acute inpatients, community mental health and substance use.
This is an exciting time to join East Lothian as we continue to review and develop our services and the successful post holder will play a key role in leading the improvements and redesign projects to ensure performance and safe and effective, patient centred care.
Post holders will have responsibility for the operational management of nursing across adult MH and substance use services and they will support the development of the nursing workforce including workforce planning, clinical supervision, professional development and advancing practice.
