Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership is looking to appoint a Project Team Manager to join the Planning, Performance and Programme Team. This is a key role leading planning and project support within Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership. Working as part of the Planning, Performance and Programme Team, the successful candidate will work alongside NHS, Local Authority and Third Sector partners, taking a whole-system approach to improve outcomes for people who live in Midlothian, and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project team, implementing change quickly and collaboratively, and sharing system learning. The successful candidate will have project team management experience, be committed to relational public services, understand the current health and social care landscape, have strong communication skills, and a commitment to health & social care integration.
