This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, forward thinking registered Nurse/Midwife to join the NHS Fife Practice and Professional Development Team as a Facilitator- Excellence in Care (EIC) and Health Care Staffing (HCS). This role will support the Senior Nurse EiC and HCS in providing effective leadership, influencing and contributing to the strategic direction, development and delivery of EiC and HCS objectives.
You should be a 1st level Registered Nurse/Midwife educated to degree level with experience in working at band 5 or above with the ability to demonstrate leadership, management and analytical skills. You will be able to evidence well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent levels of communication that will support the organisational drive to assure high quality of care delivery and facilitation of learning.
Have a knowledge of quality improvement methodology underpinned by theoretical knowledge or relevant practical experience is essential for this role to ensure the delivery of EiC and the HCS act. You will also have knowledge of responsibilities in relation to applicable legislation and professional standards.
