Applications are welcome for the above Permanent, full time (40 hours per week) post based in Edinburgh Dental Institute, Lauriston Building. You may be required to work at any of NHS Lothian sites including St Johns Hospital and Western General Hospital.
These consultant posts offers an opportunity for the appointees to contribute to and lead aspects of the Restorative Dentistry service at the Edinburgh Dental Institute (EDI).
They will work 10 PA’s with the days of work to be agreed with the Professional Lead for Restorative Dentistry in EDI and the Institute’s Clinical Director. This post is based at the Edinburgh Dental Institute, which is the focus for Consultant-led Restorative Dentistry in an environment of postgraduate education and research in the south east of Scotland. The post holder will be responsible to Graeme Wright,, Clinical Director, Edinburgh Dental Institute and will work with colleagues within the Restorative Dentistry Department and in particular with the clinical lead, Louise O’Dowd, and the wider Dental Institute. A contribution to not only the service and its development is required, but also to the teaching delivered within the Institute
